Click on the link provided below to download a Microsoft Excel file which will guide you through each room in your house. All you have to do is tell us where you are moving from and then select the relevant number of items in each room.
If you are using Microsoft Office 2000 please right click on the link below and select 'Save target As' and save to your local hard disk drive. When you open the file you will receive a warning about macro viruses, click on 'Enable macros' to open the file.
